Hi Richard,
Don't think I need the gaskets at the moment, the whole manifold isn't going on the car until Spring really...
Anyway though, got the manifold back from the powder coater:
Still haven't done the other set of runners or the front valve covers yet, not looking forward to to be honest lol.

Thanks Richard, I appreciate the kind words!
The blue isn't what I wanted originally (I wanted a candy blue with some depth, this is a solid gloss blue) but my powdercoater doesn't have any fancy colours so this is what I went with. It's ok though, I quite like how it turned out.

I'm going to port the runners this Winter. Probably should have done that before the polish job, but I got too anxious lol. This is basically a duplicate of my old intake, it'll have a set of BBBs as well.
Anyway, painted the letters/logo, came out ok, could have done a better job and I scratched the area around the Ford logo a bit  oh::smash: , but good thing is that it'll be underneath the strut bar and far enough that people won't see it unless I mention it. Oh well.
Ignore the crappy pics, with a flash the colours became all weird. The letterings are not really green but this bright blue similar to this blue on the new Mazda3.
