Met up with Brad.. Hes got an sweet SHO Ferio conversion, he had if fired up and running...

Great Set of Rims too... Hes got another set with SHO caps...anyways I wanted to pass this on...

Hes located in Georgetown, good guy to talk to and he knows his stuff... hes got the two SHO's, one Auto with No engine and front suspention, and a red one fully intact...

Hi Guys

Last week I posted a request for info on installing a rod shifter conversion and the next day I got an answer with a link to a site with instructions and pictures. I printed it all out and gave it to my mechanic and in a few hours he had completed the conversion. It now shifts like a dream. Lucky I was smart enough to get one via the auction site 2 years ago knowing the cables would break sooner or later.

rod Shifter linkage conversion

Hi There

I may have mentioned this before, but can't find the thread.

My cable shift linkage gave up the ghost yesterday and had to have old TOROSHO towed to the shop.

I have a used rod conversion but if anyone has some installation instructions or hints that I can give to my mechanic, that would be greatly appreciated.

brake upgrade

for those with gen1 or gen2 SHOs. I have caliper brackets that enable Gen3 rotors and pads onto the earlier cars. Note: 89 to 92 need new knuckles to fit gen 3 brakes on front.

well the job market sucks big time and its realy hard to get full time work and im flat freeking broke so i have to turn to my other famly U GUYS lol
im in need of some work i will list things i can do for u pm me if u got anything u want done i can travel to ur place i have quite a few tools but if some are needed i leave it to u to rent or brrow them. so if theres jobs around ur house that youve been putting off noew a great time to get em done
yardwork
gutters cleaning from leaves
genral auto repairs inc. tune ups, breaks, clar cleaning
and genral labour work
so if u got anything in ine that u need a hand with let me know

Motoring '89- 1989 SHO Road Test

In the past I've uploaded a bunch of SHO and Taurus dealer training videos and a MotorWeek test of the '89 SHO to YouTube. Well today I've got another one for you guys

Its a road test of a black 1989 SHO done by a car show we have here in Canada called Motoring. The review seems extremely positive, especially when the reviewer says "Words alone cannot express how quick the SHO really is"

He does complain about the lack of ABS on the '89, the bulky feel of the transmission, and the foot operated parking brake.
